Cancellation policy

How your subscription works

When you choose a subscription plan, you agree to be charged automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout (for example, every 30, 90 or 150 days depending on your plan) until you cancel. Each charge is followed by a shipment of your plan's bottles.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment:

• Online: log in to your account, open Manage Subscription, and select Cancel.
• By email: write to tryfascina@gmail.com with the word "cancel" and the email used for your order, and we'll cancel it.

To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next billing date. A cancellation stops all future charges; orders already charged will still ship.

Skip, reschedule or change

You can also skip a delivery or change your next billing date from Manage Subscription.

Price changes

If the price of your plan changes, we'll notify you before your next charge, and you can cancel before it applies.
